Andy Hankins truly set the example for all of us to follow. He was a humble servant,a passionate leader, and a revered member of the VSU School of Agriculture family. Andy's passion and love for life and his work at VSU's Cooperative Extension was always evident. He was quietly able to share his vision and convince others to follow his lead. And, his lead was always on the mark. Andy's passion for helping others and his committment and dedication to the faculty, staff and students at VSU, and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia always shone through. It would be impossible to try to capture the number of lives he touched, but those of us who knew Andy are better for having had the privilege to do so. Cheryl Crawford VSU School of Agriculture
